There are four easy steps involved in becoming a volunteer:

1. Fill out a Volunteer Application complete with emergency contact information.

2. Complete the appropriate Volunteer Waiver:


3. Mail (1276 South 500 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101), email (kandi@habitatsaltlake.com) or fax (801-263-0727) both forms to our office. Once your Volunteer Application and Waiver have been received by our office, you may contact us to discuss the exciting ways you can help us fulfill our mission.
